Current turnaround times are 7-8 business days. 

We also offer scheduling by the day at no additional fee, meaning as long as you get it to us a day or two before your scheduled appointment, it will be done that day.

 

To send in an item for service or make an appointment for local drop off, fill out the form below and we'll get back to you asap with either an RA# and instructions for mailing it in or to schedule an appointment. 

 

If dropping off item(s) locally and bringing complete bike, additional fees for removal/installation of items are as follows:

Fork - $40 

Shock - $20

Cable dropper post - $15

Hydraulic dropper with bleed - $30

Additional fees may apply for difficult to remove items.​
