Nitrogen Filling Station

Designed from the ground up to fill the gas chambers of modern shock absorbers. When you used as a complete system with Strokeshift zero loss valves and/or gas filling needle adapter, you will not find a more efficient, purpose-built setup for filling shocks and seat posts with nitrogen.  

Features:
- Precise pressure control thanks to the pressure relief valve.
- Compact design and small internal diameters reduce nitrogen consumption.
- Oil-resistant, small outer diameter hoses are easy to use, do not stiffen under pressure, and do not affect delicate threads in shock absorbers. 

- Inlet: directly from the cylinder regulator with included 1/4" flare adapter. Must be used with a nitrogen regulator, station cannot be connected straight to nitrogen tank. 
- Output: DN2.7 quick connector, compatible with all Strokeshift zero loss valves and gas filling needle adapter. 
- Hose length: 2000 mm upstream of the valve, 1000 mm downstream of the valve.
- Standard Wika analog pressure gauge, pressure gauge accuracy class: 1.6.
- Hose operating pressure: 630 bar, valve operating pressure: 40 bar.
