Lonewolf Suspension was started in 2020 with the simple vision of bringing high end, quality mountain bike suspension service and sales to the Central Coast. Since then we've grown to become a reputable mail in service center for the entire country. We work with end users and a large number of bike shops all up and down the California coast.

We take pride in what we do and create a welcoming, knowledgable environment for all of our customers. We are riders, mechanics, and just generally passionate about mountain biking and the community that surrounds it.

Suspension Tech

Responsibilities

Service, tuning, and repair of forks, shocks, and seat posts.
Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
Occasionally answering service request emails/phone calls from customers.
Demonstrating eagerness to learn new things and grow as a mechanic.

Requirements

Strong mechanical background.
Suspension specific mechanic experience is a huge plus but not required.
Bicycle specific mechanic experience preferred but not required.
Must have basic computer skills.
Organized, clean, and able to work in a shared work space.
A good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Shift availability: Full time 40 hours/week, 8 hour shifts. Part time could be considered as well.

Pay range: $22 - $28/hr to start, with pay adjusted based on experience and skills. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth as the business expands. Candidates with significant experience are encouraged to apply, as compensation will reflect expertise and qualifications.
