Modern mountain bikes are complex machines that require years of experience and knowledge to fully understand. We know finding an experienced, reliable bike mechanic can be difficult. Over the years we've had an overwhelming amount of requests for work outside of suspension services that we were turning down. In the beginning we decided to remain focused on suspension alone but as we've grown as a business and as a team, we've decided to expand..

The Wolf Pack

The Wolf Pack is a program for the dedicated mountain biker, someone looking for experienced, professional mechanics as passionate about the sport as themselves. With a welcoming and honest environment, we're offering the same elite level of service we do with suspension but are now offering you the chance to buy in and have us work with you and your bike in a one on one environment.

When we say "Pro Tune", we don't mean a simple wipe down and bolt check. We will thoroughly and meticulously go through your entire bike, tuning it up along the way and letting you know what else we recommend. Depending on what tier you buy into, you will get a discount on all parts, including parts used for suspension service. If nothing is needed on top of the Pro Tune, there will be no additional fee on top of the package you already bought into.

Being part of the Wolf Pack is the only way to gain access to complete bike work. Suspension services will continue as normal, but we will only perform work outside of that for our Wolf Pack members.

Each tier is good for one calendar year from date of purchase and has a set package included. Once in the Wolf Pack, you're welcome to bring your bike in outside of that throughout the year when needed for general maintenance at normal service rates. Please note this program is primarily for mountain bikes. While we understand once signed up customers may have multiple types of bikes and we'll do our best to accommodate, we are primarily a mountain bike focused shop.

We will initially have a limited number of spots available to ensure we can maintain a high level of customer service for each Wolf Pack member. Once full, we'll create a waiting list and reach out as soon as spots become available.

What is a “Pro Tune

Below is our checklist for a Pro Tune, it covers the labor of everything listed below. If parts are found to be worn or in need of replacement, there will be an additional fee for cost of parts and potentially additional labor depending on the case. Bicycles are not black and white and can vary widely on a case by case basis. General maintenance throughout the year outside of an included package will be evaluated and quoted also on a case by case basis.
